Having trouble getting The Impact Zone newsletter? Try these suggestions.

1. Gmail

• In the Inbox: Open the email, hover over the sender's name, and click Add to Contacts in the pop-up box.

• Via Settings: Click the Gear icon (Settings) > See all settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter. Enter your Squarespace "From" email address in the From field, click Create filter, and check the box for Never send it to Spam.

2. Outlook / Microsoft 365 (Desktop or Web)

• In the Inbox: Right-click the email from your campaign, hover over Junk, and click Never block sender.

• Via Settings: Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email. Under the Safe senders and domains section, add your Squarespace "From" email address.

3. Apple Mail (macOS & iOS)

• In the Inbox: Open the campaign email and tap or hover over your sender name at the top. Click or tap the drop-down and select Add to VIPs or Create New Contact.

4. Yahoo! Mail

• In the Inbox: Open the email and click the three horizontal dots next to the sender name. Click Add to contacts.
